Solution for Blocked T-nuts

Question: I installed my panel and now I found that a T-nut is blocked by a stud behind the panel and I cannot fully tighten a bolt down to install a hold. Do I have to take the panel down and redesign everything? 

Answer: Don't panic! Here is a solution to make that T-nut usable again.
