Please help us help you by ensuring you have full knowledge of the colors you are ordering by ordering Color Samples and/or referring to our Color Chart. Please note all computer screens show colors differently. If the hue of the color you desire is critical to your end result, please order samples.
Issues with an Order
Please allow us the opportunity to make things right if an error is made on your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a product refund. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping.
We refund the purchase price less shipping as long as the product is received at 55 East 600 South Provo, Utah 84606, within 30 days of the original purchase.
After 30 days, we do not accept returns.
Please make an effort to return items undamaged or used in any way.
Custom Color Combination orders, Deal of the Day items, and Auto Belays are not eligible for return.
To begin a return, please email CS@atomikclimbingholds.com with your order # to receive a return authorization and our Returned Items Address.
If there is any issue with your order (missing holds or hardware), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of what went wrong, and we will make it right. Warranty shipments are mailed out using UPS Ground at our expense.
Export and Import rules are changing daily for all international orders. This email informs you that effective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value-added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees. All other countries have their own rules, and it is up to you as the customer to prepare for them.
There are also risks with shipping internationally. Time in transit is something Atomik does not control, nor can we track your shipment once it has left the United States. We have seen USPS deliver packages 14 to 40 days from the day we ship, and they promise nothing to you. Sad but true.
In addition, many orders get returned to us because they are not claimed by Customs in the arriving country, or the address is not complete. Sometimes during shipping, the order can be lost and/or stolen.
If your package is returned to us, you will only be refunded the product cost. If any of the other events happen, there is no refund available.
We will photograph the contents of your order and the package and supply you with the tracking number(s). These photographs will be stored digitally in our system. We will do our very best to ensure your order arrives from the USA.
