good
The quality of the product is great. The device itself is challenging much more so than a normal wood peg on its own. The orientation of the handle being horizontal forces you to change the muscles you normally use. It's a fun way to spice up your pegboard workout.

Step up your pegboard routine
I use these on a 15 degree wall with the Atomik receivers.  They are more challenging than regular pegs, because they are bigger in the hand and they have a tendency to spin.

Takes the difficulty up a level!
Compared to the standard wooden pegs, these present a more challenging grip. They also feel like they rotate within the receiver more, which causes you to have to use more stabilizing muscles. Also harder to place in receivers than standard pegs because you have to pay more attention to alignment. If you’re looking for an extreme challenge, check out the 3” diameter pipes. Those are monsters!

Great Progression
-Once you've mastered the traditional pegs, this is an easy next step. Just big enough to increase the challenge, but not so big that it feels impossible (looking at you, Mr. 3"Peg).
-I would actually suggest just buying a set of these when you start because they are a natural progression from standard pegs.
