Overview

Installation:

For solid wood surfaces such as beams, we recommend the GRK 5/16" Structural Screws with at least a 2-1/2" embedment. If you are attaching to a solid wood beam, you should use a 3-1/2" to 4" long screw.
For installation onto thinner metal surfaces, we recommend a through-bolt setup with 5/16" bolts, washers, and nuts.
