uuuhhhhhh.....how?
Needless to say this baby is one of the last checkmarks in our ninja warrior rating progression system.  We offer white---->black bands based on ninja skills and progressions just like karate and this one is definitely in the blackbelt/band level.  Stupid hard, especially when you add a pull up and traverse to another vertical limit.  We have both of the vertical limits and they are great "keep your tail humble" tools.  I highly recommend both vertical limits as great tools for pull-up progressions.  90 degree limit first before you tackle this bad boy.
