I have to say, this is the first hold I owned that I was able to dyno to with both hands comfortably. I have it on the adjustable angle section that I keep between 15 and 30 degrees (could go steeper but I'm just not that good yet - lol). It is easy to hold onto in this range and even steeper if you want. It is so incredibly comfortable and far enough off the wall that ripping a finger nail off on a dynamic move is much less likely - ouch. It's also a great down climb hold. As for being a "flavor" hold, it's my wife's favorite hands down. Great for a kid's wall too as it's unlikely anyone could accidentally slip off of it :-)
