The Atomik Grip Training HangBoard is the first of its kind in keeping your hands the same distance apart on every set of holds.

This board is not for a beginner. The slopers range from slopey to extremely slopey and there are no jugs. The athlete best suited for this board is one that is climbing V4 or above. It's a hang board for the intermediate to advanced level climber.

It also comes with installed bolt hangers to hang your BOMBS which are not included.

In order to hang your BOMBS, we recommend using our Hang Board Hardware Kit

The board boasts Atomik's "Super Texture" which is an extremely skin-friendly texture.

This design will safely take your grip strength to a level you have never felt before!

***It is so wide that a large open area with nothing underneath is preferred. You need a location to install this that is preferably NOT in a doorway.***

  • Pocket (3 fingers)
  • Crimp (3/4")
  • Sloper (10, 20, 30 degrees sloping)
  • Jug (NONE)
  • Pinch (3")
  • Left side measures 16" wide x 5-1/2" tall x 3-1/4" deep
  • Right side measures 16" wide x 5-1/2" tall x 3-1/4" deep
