5 XL Dripstone Jugs

These holds can be turned over to make cool slopers and perfect under clings, but these are the best on the roof. They are just good enough to hold on a roof and you can make the best moves out of them.

I got this set in addition to the steep wall 60 pack and 12 large limestone jugs.  These are great for either making a v0-v1 route on that wall, or as I use them for, putting a rest point after a series of hard moves.

The texture on the outside is really nice, and they all have a good spot for your thumb, to get extra grip.  The inside texture was a little rough on my hands, as I was often throwing for these, so I followed the advice on the Atomik site and lightly sanded the inside down a little, and now it is perfect.

Highly recommend for a 45 degree wall to make it accessible to more climbers.

I got these on my roof section and they have a nice texture to them too. You can grab them at any angle and you can also have a few sweet spots for a toe hook too. They are nice sized holds that fit just right.

Ordered these in order to make sure we have plenty of good warm-up climbs on our home wall. They're some of the most comfortable holds we own. On a 30 degree wall, we're able to set some pretty nice, easy climbs. But turn the holds a bit, and you can use them as underclings and side pulls for V3 moves. An overall versatile hold.

There is a lot of detail and fine texture in each of these holds. They look great on the wall and feel perfect in my hands. I especially love that when I order from Atomik they automatically put in the appropriate length of bolt for each of the holds on the order. That is so convenient. These are too positive for vertical or 10-20° walls but I would highly recommend for your steep wall (30°+). Hope this helps!

Maybe it's hand size, but I would call this large form my hands.  I can get 4 fingers with 3 going 2 pads deep.  They are very comfortable and solid as jugs.  I put them on a 30 degree wall to make easier holds for my kids and a warm up route for me.  I really like the texture.  They do have some creativity, so not a boring simple jug.  You did some variety in the grips of the set.

I use these on my 35 degree wall and they're all easy to hold (though I'd recommend getting more positive holds for beginners on this angle). My hands are on the larger side and I get between 1.5-2 pads on each hold and can touch match (for a finish) or better on all. These holds are quite bulky, but they have about the same footprint as the XL Limestone sets and are somewhere between the two sets in terms of 'difficulty'.

All the holds in this set offer 4-finger width for one hand and matching with 3 fingers per hand. They are all 2+ pads deep with nice comfy roundness. These make for good dyno launches and landings. I use them on my 35 deg wall as my warm-up holds. They are positive enough to be used on a roof, but might be on the smaller side for that purpose. They are slightly bigger and more bulbous than the large font jugs and probably double or more in size compared to the medium dripstone jugs.
