Set of 2 I Scream Cones (4.5")

$96.42
Super sloper training on the top, negative tapered pinch on the bottom
*
  • Overview

The 4.5" I Scream Cones offer two separate hold types, making them excellent for training both sloper and pinch strength. Grasping the top allows for safe and semi-advanced sloper training, and pinching the bottom offers intermediate pinch strength training. They can be used for static or dynamic workouts for American Ninja Warrior, parkour, gymnastics, or rock climbing athletes.

In order to hang your Cones, we recommend using our Bomb Accessories

  • 4.5 inches in diameter at the top
  • 2.75 - 2 inches in diameter on the bottom
  • Allows full shoulder rotation
  • Intermediate to advanced level
  • Perfect for Ninja Warrior, parkour, gymnastics, and rock climbing athletes
  • Premium 3/8" Stainless Steel Bolts
  • Lifetime Warranty

For a slightly less challenging version, try the 3.5" I Scream Cones.
