Ninja Warrior and parkour hanging obstacle

  • Overview
  • Reviews

The XXL Dog Bone pull up bar is a diverse hold, perfect for Ninja/ obstacle courses. It is designed for big movement, meaning you can lache onto it or hit it off the trampoline with relative ease. Because of its shape, its versatility is almost endless. For more static style training, grip the balls on the end of the sloped middle to get a good forearm and upper body workout.

In order to hang your Dog Bone, we recommend using our Bomb Accessories

Huge and fun!
Check out the pics for a clear sense of the size. This thing is giant.Way funner and way more challenging than a regular trapeze. Along with the UFO, it's my kids' favorite hold. Compared to some of the other larger Atomik bomb/ninja holds, this one is a little easier to transfer to/from without doing a double dyno. You can grab it one handed near the middle and then shift your other hand onto the hold. Great core, stabiilzation, and grip strength workout!
