A really deep ( 3 finger pads ) 2 finger pocket.

Flip it over for a 1 1/2 pad pocket.

Perfect
These are sick. I have several sets for my 35 degree system board. I have average size hands and the pocket is comfortable for two fingers. For me it is 2.5 pads deep and nicely incut, almost like a jug. When I first inspected the holds the pocket texture seemed too slick and was worried at first. I’m grateful for the smooth texture now and my skin doesn’t get wrecked during training. They felt impossible at first but now I suck less at pockets. You can flip em over and use the other side and get a (for me) 1-1.5 pad pocket which increases the value as you get stronger. 5 stars

Absolutely my favorite training holds from Atomik
These are my go-to holds for my hangboard and will never be removed! You have two different depths of pockets, and you have AMAZING slopers! I consider these 3 in 1 holds. If you want the best value for your money buy these holds, I absolutely recommend them!

Versatile holds
These are a lot larger than I expected!  Super comfortable 2 finger pocket, 2-3 pads deep and well rounded inside.  I have always been a little scared of training pockets as I had an injury years ago but these are superb!  Not at all tweaky, I'd call them a 2-finger pocket jug in the down configuration.  I haven't used the smaller side much yet, definitely will be more difficult.

They are very smooth inside, almost slippery at first but with some chalk they feel just fine.  These are large holds, can be used a a sloper or a pinch as well.  Highly recommended, great value and very comfortable.

These are comfortable pockets
The pocket and lip are comfortable. The smooth texture within is nice but makes the inverted smaller lip very challenging past 45 degrees. When the hold is rotated partially, a vertical downpull is still a pocket, unlike some other brands' which have narrow sides. Thus a pocket from all directions. Useful.

2 finger pocket
These are great challenging pockets. I set these on my more challenging routes v4ish  I am a 5.11 climber and have these on a 30 degree home wall with a vertical kicker.  I have large hands and these are a 2 finger pocket for me.  As others have noted the inside texture is smooth which is nice on the fingers.
