These holds are approximately 3 inches wide. The incuts on both sides are equal giving you about 3/4 of a finger pad to dig in. Could be used in a roof for intermediate to advanced climbers.

Nice and comfy!
These fit my hands nicely. I'm using them on a 30 degree spray wall—they're not too difficult but still provide enough of a challenge, especially when oriented vertically. An excellent introductory/gateway pinch, I'd say.
