More than a hand worth of purchase on these comfortable jugs. Deeply incut, they work great as very easy jugs on vertical. Children can get 2 hands on them. In steep terrain, they still offer a lot of purchase making them good "easy problem" holds.

Measures 5.5" wide x 3.5" tall x 2.5" off the wall

Grip Strength for Spartan training
Once my gym closed due to COVID-19, I realized I needed to convert my garage into a training ground for my obsession of Spartan Races.  I found Atomik's website and ordered these "jugs" to mount onto the face of my garage ceiling beam in conjunction with other Atomic holds.  I created a horizontal traverse using the large handles intermixed into traverse.  After a month of using this set there is an definite improvement in my grip and hanging strength, especially the fingers.  They were easy to install with a power drill.  The items were delivered in a timely fashion and I went with a custom color to go with my Seahawks themed garage.

Awesome Jugs!
Just set these on my new home climbing wall today. Not sure of the exact angle of the wall but it was approximately a 30 degree overhang (definitely less than 45) and these are great. I would post a picture if I had the option. They are very textured which makes them hard to slip off of. And pretty positive so they could be set for really easy problems or slightly more advanced depending on the angle of the wall and spacing of the holds. They were installed in 3/4inch plywood using the provided screws. I decided since my gym was closed I’d build my own and so far I couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be buying more of your holds in the future!

Great Jugs for Flat Walls / Challenging Jugs for Roofs
These jugs are fantastic for easy climbs on vertical walls. They are used on my home wall when doing aerobic training on the vertical sections. I also have a 70-degree roof where these jugs are placed. In this situation, the jugs become challenging insecure holds. Overall great sizing and versatility.

Very deep, comfortable jugs
Installed these on the rafters of my basement ceiling along with a variety of other Atomik products to make a climbing roof of sorts. These are exceedingly easy to install and even easier to grab. Deeply incut with a comfortable shape and smooth finish. A great price for five large jugs!

Great simple big jugs
I use these as my top out holds on my home wall.  I have a 30 deg overhang, a vertical wall, and a bulging diamond shape side that is about 15-20 deg of overhang at the steepest part.  These work well for grabbing and then repositioning the body to downclimb the same or different routes.  They are easy to hold and plenty big.  I feel super secure with these.
