A couple of months ago I didn't even know what a campus board was. I built one in my garage 20 degree angle. There are seven of the 2" rungs. The middle has larger holds for the kids and half inch rungs on the right side. 4x8 I went from not being able to climb rungs with my feet on a half inch rung to being able to climb all seven with legs hanging. My son can go up and down two handed. This is a great workout along with the atomic balls and pushups. Would recommend these holds 2" for a beginner or kids. I still don't have the strength to climb the half inch yet. Hands will toughen up fast. Great service and advice from atomic.
