Ninja Warrior and parkour hanging obstacle
*
  • Overview
  • Reviews

The 4" Beginner Trapeze is a hold for beginner level Ninja Warrior and parkour athletes. It's comfortable to lache onto with a relatively small diameter, large landing zone, and grippy texture, making it a staple for Ninja Warrior and similar style training facilities. For gymnastic athletes, it's a fun and exciting way to begin introducing release moves. It can also be used to stand and swing on for Ninja obstacles similar to those on NBC's American Ninja Warrior.

In order to hang your Trapeze, we recommend using our Bomb Accessories

  • 4 inches in diameter
  • 19.5 inches wide
  • Beginner to intermediate level
  • Perfect ninja training equipment for Ninja Warrior, parkour, gymnastics, and rock climbing athletes
  • Premium Stainless Steel Bolts
  • Lifetime Warranty

Slightly challenging bar to lache from or to
I've got smaller adult hands and I usually feel like I've got about 90% grip while swinging on this trapeze, so it makes for a great training tool.  The grippy texture is the same that can be found on the atomik bombs and the size is just big enough to provide a good open-handed grip on (or false grip over) it.

My favorite product
I love this product so much! It is perfect for building upper body strength and core. This product is well constructed  and is less strenuous on the hands compared to a pull-up bar. Highly recommended!!!!

Large Grip
This is a much more difficult version of your standard trapeze bar. This is a lot of fun to do pull-ups on as well as swinging to and from.
