This grip is great vertically as a "ladder", especially with the "Y" at the bottom, which is more narrow toward the wall. It then gets harder to grip as you climb up, although the great texture still helps.
It can also be used horizontally. I like it upside down from the one shown above, with a slight twist so the lower right end is lowest. You can then walk your hands from the most positive section all the way along to the very end before "hopping" up two inches onto the upper level and continuing to climb.
