  • Overview
  • Reviews

This sloper is appropriate for beginners on vertical ( V1 ) to slightly overhanging ( V3 ). When the wall angle gets to 45-degrees, you can expect a V6 feeling hold. It does have a slight incut on one side but not enough to be able to hang out in steep terrain.

  • SIZE: Measures 9-1/4" wide x 9-1/4" tall x 4-3/8" standing off the wall.
  • V1 on vertical walls.
  • V3 in slightly overhanging terrain.
  • V6 on a 45-degree wall
  • TEXTURE: The texture of this climbing product offers a skin-friendly grip and feels like natural rock.

Great sloper for a beginner
I put this sloper over the seam of 2 panels on my vertical wall.  A large screw-on hold was perfect for this spot.  My son and I LOVE this hold!  It feels great on the hands and the slight incut makes it easy on the vertical wall.  It also works great as a 2 hander.  I can also flip it over and make it more challenging by removing the slight incut.  On an angled wall, it would be challenging but fun.

Great Sloper for Overhangs
This hold is awesome on my 50 degree wall. The texture is good, that hold is comfy, and the price is unbeatable for a big sloper. This felt about V5/6 on the incut side, and V6/7 on the less incut side. Keep in mind the hold is pretty rectangular, I imagined it as more of a square.

One of Atomik Best Holds
This thing is killer!! Reminds me of So Ill’s Bubbies but in screw on format and with the addition of great texture and thumb catches galore. You can turn it into slight pinches in each corner, flip it a million ways, heel or toe hook it, it’s just incredible. I have set commercially for a long time and used thousands of holds from all the companies, notable and obscure, and I can confidently say that this thing is one of my favorite holds period. We have it on 60 right now and it can work on anything from V4 to VHard.

Tough but great on 45's
Great for beginners on a vertical wall. My nieces love them. Now I use my second one of these on my 45 degree walk section and talk about tough. Really tests your grip and makes a great addition to anyone looking for a challenge.

Slopey and pinchey.
I have this hold mounted on a 30deg wall and the hold itself feels about V3. I would imagine it feeling about V2 if it were turned over to the more uncut side. The corners can be pinched and with the dripstone texture you can use a lot of power moves on this thing. It definitely stands out on my wall compared to all the smaller holds and makes a fun top out for the kids.

I love this hold
I have this hold set on a vertical face of a multi-angled wall and it is really fun to dyno to. It can be rotated to change the difficulty. This hold can be used in a variety of different ways. The look and texture of the dripstone is awesome. I can't wait to get more of these!

Great Sloper
Similar to a previous reviewer, I put this over a seam on my home wall. It's super grippy and matchable on my 40 degree wall. I also Like the varying levels of difficulty based on how you rotate it (something that's always well executed on Atomik holds).

This one's a steal
A great sloper for training—a little more "doable" than a lot of larger slopers while still fully working that open hand strength. The texture is really fun!
