This is a nice big sloper for building strength and grip technique. When I first mounted these on to my modular hang board system, I could only hold onto the easy side. After a few training cycles, and more practice, I can now use the 115 degree side for density, max-weight, and repeater hangs. I particularly like the depth and width of these holds, as you can really engage your whole hand to train your finger flexors in the open grip position.
