This hold will transform your hands into vise grips. It's small, one finger pad edges make your fingers "crimp up". So you'll be primed for those techy face climbs. Sold as a set of 2

Traininc
This hold is very good quality, small, and stout. Fits one hand perfectly and having a pair makes it perfect for training pinches. Better than my hangboards included pinch. Also is normal looking enough to throw on a home wall in a route too!

Comfy, good starter pinches
These pinches are good classic training shapes. These ones in particular are excellent on more overhung walls and/or for people still getting accustomed to pinches. I find I can use them for real moves in places where our other more neutral pinches are just too much (e.g. lower on the wall for sit starts - no way on earth I can do that with a neutral pinch). Excellent low-cost addition to the quiver.

Incut Medium Pinch
Positive crimp like pinch, surprisingly comfortable.  Not too wide and not too narrow, I find these to be similar to holds I do grip on our local boulders.  Great for all wall angles and inexpensive to boot!

Great comfy pinches
These pinches are a nice grippy texture and fit my hands well. Not too big and not too small. I put them on my 30 degree wall and they work great and are pretty easy to move off of. They also fit right in with the other holds. They are a great price too!

Feels great but not as challenging as the #6
This Pinch #5 feels easy to grab and use it as a starting hold on my 27 degree systems wall. Great to replace your Jugs with to get more pinch training in. I would suggest getting the #6 as its more challenging for the Intermediate climber (v3-v5).

Nice crimpy pinches
These pinches are a little on the smaller side but still pretty comfortable. The smaller size combined with the lip will basically force you to pinch these with a crimp. As a result these are challenging but surprisingly positive on a 35 degree wall - I have one as a start hold as a change of pace to down pulling jugs.

#9 is a half inch edge, flat and requires body tension as the wall gets steeper. Sold as a set of 2.

System Pinches #7 (Bolt On) (Set of 2)

We've all tried to pinch a 2 x 6 rafter at one time and this hold is very similar to that feel. At just over 2 inches wide, get your pinch on! You can cheat the pinch with an index finger but that should not discourage you. That's a great way to make the hold a little easier until you can pinch it full on. Rotating it long ways like an edge gives you a very large open handed edge. One of my favorites.

Sold as a set of 2 holds.
