If you're an American Ninja Warrior athlete or training to become one, the Atomik bomb/ pull up ball line is a necessity. These 3.5" climbing bombs are a good beginner level workout device; they're easier to hold on to than the larger spherical bombs, so they're excellent for athletes just beginning to build forearm strength. Their shape and ability to rotate make these pull up balls easier on your tendons and shoulders.

In order to hang your Bombs, we recommend using our Bomb Accessories

  • 3.5 inches in diameter
  • Allows full shoulder rotation
  • Beginner level ( Grippy divot surface which is easier to hold to compared to our 3.5" round version)
  • Perfect for Ninja Warrior, parkour, gymnastics, golf enthusiasts, and climbing athletes.
  • Premium 3/8" Stainless Steel Bolts
  • Lifetime Warranty

  • Product can be reviewed only after purchasing it
