ROAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!!!!! Kid friendly shape to excite your children.

Tyrannosaurus Rex (meaning "Tyrant lizard king") was a huge, fierce, meat-eating dinosaur that lived during the late Cretaceous period, about 85 to 65 million years ago. This theropod dinosaur probably lived in forests, where its prey (large, plant-eating dinosaurs) could find plenty of food. Tyrannosaurus Rex was named by paleontologist Henry Fairfield Osborn in 1905.

There is a jug on his head and an incut rail along his spine and tail.

Cretaceous Climbing!
First saw this at the climbing gym. They had it set as the finishing move for the 30 ft kids’ wall. My son (being both a dino-maniac and someone who intensely feared heights) was first incentivized to overcome his fear in order to reach this hold. Now he scrambles over just about any wall.

T. rex now adorns the dinosaur area of our 90-degree indoor wall, along with Atomik’s pterosaur and stegosaurus. Head is a knobby jug, legs are narrow pinches, tail is a deeply incut rail, and body could be a wide pinch with deeply incut top portion, so there’s something to grab for the whole family. Hold looks awesome in olive green. Thanks Atomik! What a great idea to get kiddos into climbing.

The King
I could not make a purchase off this website without getting this hold and I have no regrets. I mean what three year girl doesn't want a freaking fluorescent purple T-Rex on their climbing wall - how cool is that...
