Overview

  • WALL ANGLE: Useful on vertical walls to 40-degree overhanging walls.
  • SIZE: The smallest hold's footprint is 4" wide x 3" tall x 1-1/2" off the wall.
  • SIZE: The largest hold's footprint is 7-1/2" wide x 4" tall x 1-1/2" off the wall.
  • DURABILITY: A custom mix of fine-grain crushed stone and polyurethane resin to resemble the hardness of natural limestone rock. The result is a "hard" resin surface that tolerates the sharpness of ice-climbing axes.
  • DISCLAIMER:  Use Drytooling resin holds only with your picks, not your crampons. This product does wear.
  • RESPONSIBILITY: Please be aware that it is unacceptable to drytool at your local crag. Drytooling damages natural rock. You should drytool only in places where the local community has dedicated the area and never on established rock climbing routes.

Description:

This set offers simple and straightforward edges. They are an excellent choice for beginners and intermediates to use as an effective training hold. Each edge is 1/2" to 3/4" deep. The angles of the incuts range from 15 to 35 degrees, meaning that on a 45-degree wall, the incuts will be sloping.

All the holds are big enough for you to match on them, and they sit on top of a large backplate to protect your wall.
