The Double Hander (Divot) hold is a super positive rock climbing hold that can be utilized in a variety of ways based off orientation on the wall. It's wonderful for beginner level rock climbing but works great for training in steep terrain as well. The inside offers a smooth, neutral incut.

  • Footprint: 6" tall x 7" wide

so chunky
I got this in the color it's advertised in and I'm really happy with it. It's a great finishing hold at the top of your wall (any angle!) or maybe as a start hold. As big as it is it actually doesn't take up that much space on the wall. It's also nice that there's no set screw, much easier to reset!

Good friendly jug
The big bottom divot actually makes for amazing thumbcatches when using the hold as an undercling. They are quite easy to use as feet as well. Overall, a very comfy roof jug and a welcome addition to the collection.

Stable and easy to grip
I set this hold 10 feet off the ground on a 45 degree wall.  It's easy to hang from, with room for one or two hands.  It makes a great centerpiece and rest stop for hard routes.  By the far the most versatile piece on my wall, since it can be approached from either angle and offers a sturdy, stable hold. I've used it as a finish for a dyno, or also for the start to one.  It handles the punishment from either move.  Highly recommend!

Adds Fun to Your Wall
This hold is the beginning hold for three routes on my wall (Lefty, Derecha, & Snipe). The texture on this hold only increases your hands coefficient of friction and can help you stretch for far holds for a fun dynamic route, once your hands get used to the abuse. I highly recommend this hold.
