A couple of the holds in the set are slightly incut, while the remaining three have incuts that are neutral to slopey. This is an excellent choice for the intermediate to advanced climber on steep walls due to the width and variety you get. 

Most beginners will struggle with this set on vertical walls when the holds are oriented in the straight up and down orientation as a pinch. However, rotating the holds slightly to engage compression and sidepull moves makes them accessible to the beginner.
