Hanging these offer exercises such as inverted rows and pull-ups.  You can also flip them and attach weight to the eye bolt. You will increase your overall grip and forearm endurance through progressive overload training. Example exercises may include, power holds, farmer carries, lateral shoulder raises, etc.)

Grip Training Blocks can also be attached to cables so that you can strengthen your grip while performing a variety of cable pull exercises.
In order to hang your blocks, we recommend using our Bomb Accessories

  • Measures 3" wide x 5" long x 3.5" high
  • smooth texture for comfort yet grippy enough to deter hand slippage
