Hangboards are a great at-home training tool for building finger and forearm strength. This kit includes everything you’ll need to start building a base and is small enough to mount almost anywhere.

With bigger, easier to grasp holds, this set of hangboard climbing holds will be a perfect foundation for any beginner climber. The kit includes:

  • 2 comfortable jugs
  • 2 rounded, comfortable incuts
  • 2 deep, 2 finger pockets that can be rotated to function as a beginner sloper
  • 2 wide pinches
  • *Board not included*

Great Hangboard Holds!
A good selection of different holds. I like that they can be turned different ways for different grips. I'm just a beginner, and these holds are perfect. I also like the texture. Nice and grippy without being too rough.

Great holds to start your training.
These holds are excellent for beginning climbing training. They also double as a great set of jugs, pinches, finger buckets, slopers and pockets for the home wall. The pockets are also slopers, and depending on orientation are an easier or more difficult pocket. You can really do a lot with these holds by rotating them. They don't have to remain easy as you get stronger.

As good as it gets
Let me start off by saying Atomik really takes care of their customers. I bought this set of holds with the 12''x36'' blank hangboard and that has allowed me to try out multiple different hold positions for all of the holds. I have found that having the wide pinches in more of a horizontal position (less than 45°) turns them into very comfortable holds to warm up on. The 2 rounded, comfortable incuts are 25mm and are just the right level of challenge/training tool for a beginner like myself.  Installation was a breeze, other than the fact that I messed up when ordering and forgot some hardware, but that is where the great customer service comes into play. Atomik sent me out the correct hardware via priority shipping which showed up at my place in a day and a half which was such a nice surprise.

Great for mirrored training
I know these are advertised as a hangboard set. But I bought these along with the intermediate and advanced hamgboard set. I set them symmetrically on my 40 degree home wall. I think they work great in this application to train both sides of your body.

Simply the Best to start your home wall
I just built a training board/wall in my garage and started with this set. It was the Best decision I made. The holds are perfectly finished and sized, so there is an amazing symmetry between your hands. Even my wife asked me to put some of the holds on a flat part of the wall, so she could use them. Thanks Atomik for putting her back in the game.
