I have this set on my 45° wall and they are my go to warm up holds. They'll feel juggy for stronger climbers on a 45°. I had hoped they were going to be a bit more slopey on this angle, but they end up being almost flat large edges on a 45°. They are really fun to do big moves to, and I use them for power training. Trying to campus them is fun as well, as it requires more core to not swing off.
