They are a V0 feeling hold on low angled-terrain, which is considered easy. 

Where this set really shines is in terrain that is 45-degrees overhanging all the way to and including roof sections. The "double incut" part of the grip presents itself more and more as the wall gets steeper. This results in being able to use the beefy lip no matter what angle. 

They are the deepest of the three sets and are awesome in any overhung terrain.
