I have these medium steep slopers on my 45 deg homewall. I also have both sets of Atomik XL steep slopers and some Atomik L steep wall slopers. First and foremost, the XL steeps are some of my absolute favorite holds. If you can choose just one steep sloper set, the the XLs that have the set screws (they're big, they wiggle along without the screws). If you can get both the XLs and these mediums, lucky you! You will be working very different hand muscles. The XLs force open hand whereas these can be more half-crimped to a point. These also engage the thumb much more. Are these V6 on a 45 wall? Depends on how you use set them. A couple are more slopey than others. Unless you're deadpointing them or they're dyno target practice, and unless you're using them as simple bumps between holds you actually weight, then I'd guess V5-V6 is ballpark.
