The Axe Receiver

  • VIDEO
  • patent pending
  • Bolts on to any climbing wall just like any climbing hold would.
  • we recommend 1 hold per vertical foot for setting routes. Example: 30 foot wall = 30 holds
  • It is labelled with numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4.
  • #1 is used for vertical walls*
  • As the wall gets steeper, simply rotate to achieve a 5 to 10 degree incut of the dowel on The Atomahawk.*
  • *See thumbnail images for examples on how the Axe Receiver keeps The Atomahawk slightly incut even though wall changes angles.
  • If you rotate too far, it is very uncomfortable to get the Atomahawk to seat.
  • If you rotate to a lesser number that is needed The Atomahawk will quickly slip out.
  • Always wear a helmet using this device!
  • Always use leashes
  • The Atomahawk axe is not included
  • Pack of 10 holds
  • Product can be reviewed only after purchasing it
