These jugs are suitable on all angles of walls including roof sections. They average 12 inches wide so there is ample room for both hands. The incut has a slight slope to it yet they feel ledgy when in a roof.

On a commercial gym note, this set is poured solid. They are not hollow backed. We do this so that they will never wear out through Fatigue Loads.

  • Measures 12" wide x 7-1/2" tall x 3-3/4" off the wall
  • Mailbox incut making them a good choice for roof sections.
  • Atomik 2.0 Texture (Smooth)

Wish I bought more!
Started with one set, definitely buying a second. Great in a roof, fits both hands or the tip of your foot. Nice on the hands. While large and comfy, not necessarily easy to hang onto as they aren’t super featured. Just a nice smooth surface.
