Bolt on System Pinches #7

We've all tried to pinch a 2 x 6 rafter at one time and this hold is very similar to that feel. At just over 2 inches wide, get your pinch on! You can cheat the pinch with an index finger but that should not discourage you. That's a great way to make the hold a little easier until you can pinch it full on. Rotating it long ways like an edge gives you a very large open handed edge. One of my favorites.

Sold as a set of 2 holds.

These holds are approximately 3 inches wide. The incuts on both sides are equal giving you about 3/4 of a finger pad to dig in. Could be used in a roof for intermediate to advanced climbers.

Narrow and positive. Smaller hands tend to like this hold.

Bolt on System Pinches #10

This one is 2 5/8 inches wide on the front and 1 inch narrow on the back. There is a substantial amount of incut on this hold making it the best/easiest to grab choice. If you are unsure how much you can pinch in a roof, try this hold. If it's too hard, you need a jug version. One of my favorites.

Bolt on System Pinches #11

This is an offset pinch. One side is more incut that the other. The shallow side acts like a thumb catch. The incut side allows about a half of a finger pad to dig in. More challenging to use than Pinch #10.

Sold as a set of 2.

This set is slightly bigger than Pinch #9. It's fatter. Its tear drop shape lends itself to easier pinching.

#13 has some bite to it. It feels more like a crimpy pinch much like a 2 x 4 except with nice little grooves for your fingers.

This is a full handed slopey pinch. On a vertical hang board, expect it to feel in the V5 range.
