Just as the title says, it's a double handed ring. Two hands can wrap around this monster but you will be stretched thinking your can get your thumb to overlap your index finger. This isn't one of those "Thank God" holds that you get to expecting an easy hold. The ring is so wide that for smaller hands, it may just feel like a sloper or a pinch but that's for you to decide. Rest assured, you will love this hold no matter where you put it.
We like it in roofs. Hands alone, super fun and when you pass it, maybe a little toe hook or knee drop action.
