All you need to do is copy/paste one of the below appropriate bolded sentences to the Special Requests window that you will find on the Shipping Page during checkout. This is the page where you see the price of shipping. Please be attentive to this detail.
First month as a retail customer
I want in as a Monthly Member. Please hook me up with 10% of my sub total in free holds.
Second month as a retail customer
This is my second month as a Monthly Member. Please hook me up with 15% of my sub total in free holds.
Third or more month as a retail customer
This is my third month as a Monthly Member. Please hook me up with 20% of my sub total in free holds.
