The holds in this set are a little larger than a golf ball. They are excellent as footholds on most walls along with being great as small hand holds for the route setter wanting small crimpers. If you used just this set of 21 holds on a 45 degree wall, you could set a boulder problem in the range of V5 and up. They require pinch crimp strength on steep walls. Using just this set on a vertical wall, you could route set 5.9 and up. This set is not intended to be a handhold set for beginners.
