The 3/8-16 zinc t-nut is installed into the back of your panel. You drill a 7/16 inch hole from the front of the panel through to the back and then you hammer the t-nut into the hole on the backside of the panel.
Follow this formula for the appropriate amount of t-nuts your wall should have...
(Total square footage of wall % 32 ) x 72 = Total t-nuts
