Register
It's in your best interest to REGISTER yourself or your company. Registering will keep you in the loop to special discounts, your orders progress and order history. You are able to log in and can see it all for yourself but you have be registered. We're aware that you don't want to get barraged with emails from us or anyone else. You will only get an email from us if there is a sale or an issue with your order.
Purchase Orders
Please fax your purchase order to 561-483-7970 or email it to kenny@atomikclimbingholds.com Be sure to include an email address and/or phone number so that we can confirm receipt of the order. You should not assume that just because you sent your PO means that we received it. It becomes an order when we contact you. Sending us an email or calling us to let us know that you are sending a PO helps the process.
Volume Discount Programs
We have a special discount program for gyms, military, churches, Boy Scouts and schools. The first step is to register your organization. You can do that at the top of the page and then in the box below copy and paste "please set us up with account". Let us know what kind of organization you have. Example: school, church, gym.
Once we calculate the rate, we will set your account up to automatically discount your order, allowing you to complete your order online. Feel free to add the items you want to your cart now but be sure to be registered. The builder will remember the order even if you log out. We will email you once your account rate is applied. Website Typos
We hate typos as much as the next guy or even poorly written descriptions. If you have the mindset to re-write a description or find legitimate typos, we’ll give you a free hold or holds along with your next order.
