• We do our very best to ensure the blocks stay intact during shipping. However, shipping companies are quite rough and can damage chalk. If you need the blocks to remain perfectly intact, we REQUIRE that you state in Special Requests, which is found in your Shopping Cart, "Please package as a FRAGILE delivery." In the climbing world, we crush this product up, so that does not matter to us. Some do care that the blocks stay intact. We do not warranty damaged block chalk.
