First off, welcome to Atomik! My name is Kenny Matys and I own and run things around here. I'm the one who answers the phone, emails and says that we will get it on the truck for you today kind of thing. I get that done with a solid cast of local climbers here in Provo, Utah.

My wife Michelle and I started Atomik in 2002 to create jobs to the local community. We absolutely love climbing holds and designing them and we felt this would be a great way to do something good for the community.

We've grown immensely into a mass producing hold company but we've been fortunate enough to make the right choices and not compromise customer service. Our growth has put me in the office but that doesn't mean I don't get out frequently either to the crag or into the production facility. We love to grow but not at the expense of our customer service.

Our Head Designer, Andy Knight is continually raising the bar.  He continually proves himself worthy with new ideas and out of the box thinking. If you heard through the grapevine our very big special project...it's true. We are designing it. Stay tuned.

Our Master Commander is Collin Wogenstahl. When I say we'll get it out, it's Collin that makes it happen with his crew. An integral part of the Atomik machine.

Our product is poly-urethane that feels like clean sandstone. Our washers are grade 8 steel. We replace our molds sooner than later so that our texture and quality is consistent. Customer service is our number one priority. You can call or email me anytime. 

Atomik was opened to create jobs in the local Utah community. We are the manufacturer so you can ask for specific colors or rush your order. If you are asking yourself why our prices are lower than our competitors, it's because we are not at the trade shows, we rarely advertise in the magazines, we manufacture everything here so there is no middle man, we use paperless systems and waterless systems. Our goal is to get you the holds you want, they way you want as fast as we can, the 'Old School' way, by simply putting in a hard days work.  We want Utah to be a better place because of us. We want the world of climbing to continue to grow and affordable climbing holds are a part of that.
