| This
set offers a ¾ of a finger pad to a full finger pad
of crimper edge. On lower angled walls, you'll find that
you can pinch and really dig your fingers in on various
parts of the hold. When the angle of the wall gets steeper,
the thumb that felt so good when the hold was on a vertical
wall becomes a thumb catch on various parts of the detailed
sandstone design.Crimpers, especially
on steep walls can cause tendon injury. If you are beginning
to learn how to crimp, be sure to be properly warmed up
and on lower wall angles. Stay away from dynamic moves.
You can easily shock load a tendon and injure it. Climb
safe. |

and hardware included on orders via the website (lower 48
states only).
