5 Small Granite Crimps Set #1 (Screw-On)

Overview

Set #1 of the Granite Crimps offers neutral to 30-degree incut edges. You can expect them to feel V2 on vertical, V4 on a 25-degree wall, and V5/8 on a 45-degree wall. 

This style of climbing hold gives you a taste of what it feels like to be climbing outside. The grips mimic the ridges and angles found on natural granite rock. For example, the largest crimp in size in this set changes from a rounded edge on one side of the hold to a two-finger wide incut crimp. We see this at the crag frequently. This design style prepares you for outdoor climbing or in that they offer you a realistic experience inside. 

These are intermediate to advanced level climbing holds as they stand off the wall 1/2" to 7/8".

You can expect V2 feeling crimps on a vertical wall.
