The 3/8-16 zinc round base t-nut is installed into the back of your panel using 3 small #6 x 5/8 screws which are included. You drill a 7/16 hole from the front of the panel through to the back and then you place the t-nut into the hole on the backside of the panel. You then screw the 3 small 5/8 inch pan head screws into the panel to hold the t-nut.
Follow this formula for the appropriate amount of t-nuts your wall should have...
(Total square footage of wall % 32 ) x 72 = Total t-nuts
